    Hey Chelsea,

    I must start off by telling you that i am so proud of you!!! I absolutely love working out and playing sports, but i have taken a step back here recently and i have to say im in a bit of a depression. I was diagnosed with celiac disease and anemia. I’m traumatized. I know i can make this transition, im just looking for a little push and guidance. This is very over whelming. Please let me know if you know of any resources.

    It’s great to see your website and learn a little bit about why you love fitness and helping others reach their goals. You talk about how you love to help, and you’re 100% serious about that! Thank you for all your emails answering my 1,000,000 questions, and being so supportive of helping me reach my fitness goals right off the bat. This site, and you are amazing!     I contacted you earlier this year, and completed the 24 day challenge. I never thanked you and it has been bothering me, THANK YOU! Your advice was fantastic, I really liked the products and my body felt great. I even won our regional MCSA ski tournament and finished top 20 at nationals! Just after the 24 day challenge. You inspire so many people and I love reading your posts! I’m back to my passion for fitness/health now thanks to you.
