My trip to weight loss started this spring when I was packing for a trip to Fl. As I packed my ugly bathing suits that looked like something my mother would wear, something hit me. YOU AND ONLY YOU CAN FIX YOUR WEIGHT PROBLEM and so the process started. I was like hey…I’m not as fat as (fill in blank)… and the excuses continued.
I’ve always believed in clean eating and daily exercise but I really didn’t understand what to eat and how to know I was eating the right things. I was confused about the fat, protein, carbs and how much of what I was suppose to be eating. What do you mean I shouldn’t eat the whole avocado, that doesn’t make sense to me, better than a Reese cup right? I felt like I ate ok but I just didn’t like what my body was looking like or how I felt.
When I returned from my trip I decided to hire Chelsey and finally committed to her program. I bought a nutrition plan and started personal training with her 3 times a week. I did exactly what she told me…prepped and ate ALL the food, weighed everything, took the sups and went in to a training mode with her. I’m down more than 20 lbs in 3 months and feel fantastic.
