Protein Ball Recipe

I love protein balls.  They are a great grab and go snack plus they are packed with protein! Need something to kick your sweet tooth in the butt? Grab a one of these-

 

Protein ball Recipe- makes 12

1 box of Raisins or hand full of chopped dates
½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
1 ½ quick oats
3 scoops/servings protein powder
½ water
2 Tbsp ground flax or Chia seeds (optional)
Stevia or splenda for sweetness
1-3 tbsp of Raw honey or Agave to make them stick together

Optional- chocolate chips, shaved coconut, cocoa powder, powdered peanut butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract

Kneed ingredients together or blend together to make it more like dough. Roll into balls and place into freezer or fried in container3780bff8-f603-4147-aac9-e356152db94d

    These sound very good. Do have the nutrition info for them? Specifically, calories, fat, and protein…per ball. Thank you.

      Ive calculated them at 150 cals, 7g fat, 15g carb, 12g pro
